At Out West Gifts
we work hard to bring you the best products and to provide the best
service. However, we know sometimes things happen or a product isn't quite what you expected. If it was possible we would come directly to your door to address any issues. Since we can't come to your door below is our return/exchange policy and procedures:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.
>Products may be returned/exchanged for any reason within 30 days if returned in new condition. (We recommend keeping a copy of your receipt).
>If a product is defective we will refund your money or exchange it for a new one.
>BEFORE mailing in a return/exchange, contact us at 719-963-6606 or by email for instructions. This will help us expedite your return/exchange.
>When returning any items to Out West Gifts by mail we recommend insuring your package for the full retail value. We will not be responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.
>For exchanges: Out West Gifts will replace/exchange your returned item once it has been received in our office. We will mail your replacement item within 1-3 weeks from the date we receive your return, unless otherwise notified. You will not be charged to ship out a replacement item to you.
>For Returns: Out West Gifts will promptly refund the purchase price of the item within 7 business days of receiving your return.
>Leather Goods: Many of our leather products come with a lifetime guarantee. Please contact us at 719-963-6606 or by email to make arrangements for your replacement. A copy of your receipt will be required.
